Before Threads, we struggled with organizing internal communication.Starting with Slack, we had a massive problem with "burying messages." Every so often, a teammate would forget to respond in a public channel, and important information gets buried under new messages. To combat, we tried taking requests directly to DMs, but that led to low visibility across the team.
